Delete your account.

You can delete your Oddly Allowed account inside the app.

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Open Account settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm with your current password.

What is deleted?

This removes your live authentication record, cloud progress, profile and game-account purchase links. Restricted backups and operational logs may remain until the service provider’s retention period ends.

What about purchases and device progress?

Deleting your game account does not delete Apple’s purchase records or issue a refund. Use Help & privacy in the app to clear progress saved on your device.

Can’t sign in?

Try resetting your password, or email support@oddlyallowed.co.uk from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Never send your password or sign-in codes.
